Your mind
has better
things to do.
Drop the little demands in one quiet place. Gemma sorts what matters, what can wait, and what you can forget. All on your own computer.
Watch the noise
get quieter.
Here's the idea, using three fictional notes. Real AI sorting happens in the downloadable local app, not in this public website.
It all starts here.

One little briefing.
Ready when you are.
Hit the button to see a sample sort.Send a short response while it's timely.
Set aside time whenever you're curious.
Keep for reference, no action needed.
Paste the chaos.
Keep the calm.
Try your own fictional to-do list or a small chat excerpt. This live preview uses transparent offline rules, not a hosted model. Everything stays in this browser tab.
Give your brain a break.
One task per line. Paste a short list, or import a .txt/.md export. No account or AI key needed here.
A focus window limits the number of suggested items, not their real completion time. Check urgency yourself. This preview never sends, deletes or archives anything.
A little less on your plate.
Your source-linked suggestions will appear here. Nothing is decided for you.
Good AI
doesn't need
to phone home.
Keep private things private.
SQLite stores your notes locally. Ollama runs an open-weight model on your machine. Core sorting doesn't have to send your thoughts to a third-party API.
Make the model yours.
Use Gemma or switch to another compatible downloaded model. Change how you prioritise tasks, inspect the code, or tune the workflow.
Go offline, stay calm.
Once the software and model have been downloaded, core sorting can run with no internet connection. Optional online helpers stay off until you choose them.
A calmer day is
three steps away.
Runs on your own computer. The Python app uses no third-party packages for its core UI, task storage or HTTP server.

Pull the open-weight model once. You'll need internet for this first step.

Get the local app from the project package, extract it, then run it.
python -m slothmode --openThe local app is packaged separately. This public website is a privacy-safe static walkthrough, not a hosted AI service.

Not remembering everything.
